In production, the Soffit Panel Machine feeds raw materials into the extruder, which melts and shapes them via the mold into soffit panel profiles. After cooling to harden, the cutter trims panels to size.

In use, the Soffit Panel Machine feeds PVC or composite pellets into the extruder, which melts and pushes the material through the die to form panel shapes. Air cooling solidifies the structure, then the cutter, synced with production speed, trims to length.
