The WPC Door Frame profile Production Line consists of core components: a high-speed mixer for blending wood flour and plastic granules, a twin-screw extruder, a profile die, vacuum calibration table, haul-off unit, and automatic cutter.

In production, the WPC Door Frame profile Production Line starts by homogenizing raw materials in the mixer. The extruder then melts and conveys the mixture through the die, shaping it into door frame profiles. The calibration table cools and stabilizes the profile, while the haul-off unit pulls it steadily before the cutter trims to exact lengths.
