By changing dorn or mould lip, it can produce several diameter or wall thickness on same machine.

The working principle of the PVC conduit pipe machine is simple and efficient: first, PVC raw materials are mixed with stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants and other auxiliary materials in proportion, heated to the set process temperature through self-friction of materials in a high-speed mixer, then cooled to 40-50 degrees by a cold mixer, and then fed into the extruder hopper. The extruder plasticizes, melts and homogenizes the mixed materials, and pushes them to the mold for extrusion molding. The extruded pipe is shaped and cooled by the vacuum calibration tank and cooling tank, then pulled by the haul off machine at a constant speed, cut into the required length by the cutter, and finally stacked by the stacker to complete the entire production process of PVC conduit pipes.

How long the machine can be delivered?

What kind payment terms?

How to install the machines?
Upon customer’s requirement, we can send technician to customer’s factory for installation and training. Meantime, we can also send experience Chinese master to work at customer factory for 3month to one year or even longer time. So the Chinese technician will install machines, teach local workers about machine installation and operations and so on.
What’s the Warranty?
One year since installation completed. In the warranty period, in case any parts broken by uncontrolled factor, we will be responsible and send the parts immediately by courier or air cargo.
