Conical/Parallel Twin Screw Extruder: The core of the production line, available in conical or parallel twin screw design to meet different throughput and material requirements. Equipped with Siemens motor and ABB inverter for stable power output, stepless speed adjustment, and energy saving. The 34D processing unit ensures uniform plasticization of PVC materials, reducing material waste and improving product quality.
Vacuum Calibration Tank: Made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, rust-proof and durable. Multi-section vacuum system ensures stable sizing of PVC pipes, while the auto water temperature control system optimizes cooling efficiency, making the machine more intelligent. Suitable for pipe diameters from 16mm to 800mm.
Haul-Off Machine: Equipped with 2/3/4/6 caterpillar designs according to different pipe sizes. The pedrail clamping adopts a mechanical and pneumatic combined system for reliable performance, ensuring stable pulling speed and avoiding pipe deformation.
Cutting mahcine: No-dust cutter or planetary cutting machine, with a dust-collecting system to keep the working environment clean. Precise cutting control ensures uniform pipe length, meeting customer-specific requirements.
Stacker/Belling Machine: Optional stacker for automatic pipe collection and arrangement, reducing labor costs. Belling machine is available for pipe end processing, making pipes easy to connect in.
