Application and Structure of PVC Plastic Extruder

Extruder is a kind of equipment that we commonly produce plastic products. Many of our common plastic products are extruded by plastic extruder. When we produce plastic products, we first need to heat up the screw of the plastic extruder through the heating system. Only when the temperature of the equipment rises to the degree that the plastic raw materials are plasticized we can start the equipment for feeding.

Through the feeding system, we put PVC granules into the screw barrel, processed by the screw and extruded to the die head for extrusion molding. During the whole production process, the power system and the transmission system drive the screw rotation to compress the raw material in the screw barrel. So the basic structure of plastic extruder is composed of temperature control system, screw cylinder screw, transmission system, power system and extruder die head. Because of the different types of plastic products we produce, the configuration of extruder used in production is not the same, we must combine the actual situation of product production to choose that. There are many products that can be extruded by common plastic extruder.
