WPC Door Making Machine

The wpc door making machine integrates a twin-rotor mixer, screw feeder, heating extruder, profile calibrator, and servo-driven cutter as its core components.

In operation, the wpc door making machine begins with the mixer thoroughly blending wood fibers, plastic pellets, and additives. The feeder then conveys the mixture to the extruder, where heat and pressure melt it into a homogeneous melt. This melt is forced through a precision calibrator to form the door frame’s exact cross-section, followed by cooling to lock in shape. Finally, the cutter, synced with production speed, slices the continuous profile into finished lengths.
