Note: The semi-automatic winding machine is mainly used for winding in the edge banding extrusion process. It is suitable for edge banding with a thickness of 0.4mm-3mm and a width of 7mm-85mm. The winding inner diameter is 150mm-320mm, and the winding outer diameter is 150mm-800mm. The size and appearance color can be freely customized according to customer requirements.

By replacing the winding core and adjusting the guide width, the machine can adapt to edge bands of different widths, thicknesses, and materials. It is not only suitable for PVC edge bands but also compatible with melamine, acrylic, wood veneer, and other strip materials, meeting diverse packaging needs.
Check whether the power supply, air source (if equipped), and wiring are normal, ensuring no loose connections or leakage.
According to the specification of the edge band, select the appropriate winding core and install it on the winding shaft firmly.
Adjust the guide device and pressure roller to match the width and thickness of the edge band, ensuring smooth feeding.
Turn on the power switch, preheat the machine (if necessary), and test-run it to check whether each component operates normally.
