Anda Pvc Cable Channel Small Profile Extrusion Line
The working principle of the PVC cable trunk production line is scientific and efficient, and the whole production process is fully automatic with little manual intervention: first, the PVC raw materials and various auxiliary materials are accurately mixed in proportion through the automatic raw material mixing system, heated and plasticized, then cooled and put into the extruder hopper; the extruder pushes the plasticized material to the customized mold for extrusion molding under the action of the screw; the extruded blank is shaped and cooled through the vacuum calibration and cooling system to form a solid PVC cable trunk; then the traction machine pulls the cable trunk at a constant speed, the cutting machine cuts it into the set length, and finally the stacking machine completes the automatic stacking of finished products, thus realizing the entire production process of PVC cable trunks.

The finished products meet international and national relevant standards, with good impact resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and flame retardancy, and can effectively protect cables in various harsh environments.
High Efficiency & Energy Saving: The integrated assembly line design realizes one-stop automatic production, greatly reducing manual intervention, improving production efficiency by 30%-50% compared with traditional production equipment; the extruder adopts variable frequency speed regulation technology and energy-saving motor, which can adjust the power consumption according to production load, saving 15%-20% of energy compared with similar products; the high-efficiency plasticizing technology shortens the production cycle, and the production capacity can reach 80-800 kg/h according to different models, meeting the mass production needs of customers.
