Anda WPC Louver Panel Production Line
The WPC louver panel production line comprises a high-speed mixer, twin-screw extruder, louver-forming die, haul-off unit, and automatic cutter—all designed for seamless louver panel manufacturing.
In operation, it first mixes wood flour, PVC resin, and weather-resistant modifiers thoroughly. The extruder melts the mixture at controlled temperatures, pushing it through the louver-specific die to shape panel profiles with uniform slats. The haul-off unit pulls panels steadily to maintain consistency, and the cutter trims them to required lengths.
This line ensures durable, weatherproof WPC louver panels, suitable for outdoor shutters or indoor dividers, with efficient, low-waste production.
Extruder
Extruder adopts WPC Louver Panel Production Line dedicated screw, make sure best plastisizing effect.
Extruder speed and haul off speed controlled by ABB frequency converter, saving power and easy adjusting speed.
Extruder temperature adopt PID control, temperature fluctuation self adjusting, it realize the high automatic level.
Vacuum Calibrator
Use vacuum system which could better achieve cooling accomplished results
Cutting Machine
Use wear-resisting saw blade to imcrease the sharpness and the working life.
Stacker
Guide panel is made of stainless steel.
Structure of stacker is dismountable.
The whole frame is made of welded square pipes.
