Features:

1.Compared to flat laminators, this machine uses 60-65 grams of glue per square meter, while the flat laminators use 100 to 120 grams of glue per square meter. Therefore, this machine has a lower production cost and is suitable for flat lamination of PVC roll film.

2.This machine is a hot glue flat laminator, which provides a stronger bond and is more environmentally friendly.

Equipment Function Description:

1. Width of wrapping: 600mm - 1300mm ;

2. The width of the wrapping is controlled by a linear slide rail for bidirectional adjustment;

3. Wrapping speed: 1-20 m /min; Total power: 28 kW;

4. The guide rod, short half-section, and long half-section are all chrome-plated (durable and highly corrosion-resistant) ;

5. The entire machine is intelligently controlled via a 10-inch high-definition touchscreen, which controls the amount of adhesive, temperature, speed, and hot air gun.

16. Main bonding roller: The upper bonding roller is made of wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant imported resin silicone roller with a hardness of 60°±5°, and is manufactured through dynamic balance adjustment process ;
