The Automatic Viscosity Control System is a high-precision solution designed to track and regulate fluid viscosity in real-time. By continuously monitoring fluids—such as printing inks, laminating adhesives, and protective coatings—the system automatically injects micro-doses of solvent via responsive pneumatic valves to counteract evaporation. It eliminates human error, reduces scrap rates, and ensures stable fluid consistency throughout production.

Instructions for Use
Connect the equipment as shown in the diagram above;
After adjusting the ink/paint color, turn on the 220V power supply and the compressed air source;
Press the "Clean" button for 10-15 seconds until solvent from the solvent pump enters the test cup;
Open the ink pump valve, the red display shows the current ink viscosity value (generally between 800-2000). After the red value stabilizes, adjust the green value to match the red value;
When leaving get off work, press the "Clean" button for 3-5 seconds. For long holidays or periods of non-use, circulate solvent for 10-20 seconds for cleaning;
