The ANDA SRL-W 1000/3000 series mixer unit is a highly automated compounding system designed for PVC powder preparation. Automated Overhead Feeding System
Integrated with a heavy-duty steel mezzanine and top-mounted conical buffer silo. It allows direct connection with vacuum or screw loaders, realizing fully closed, dust-free automatic material charging and reducing labor costs.
Precision Homogeneous Blending
The 1000L heating mixer utilizes dynamically balanced stainless steel (SUS304) blades. Guided by high-speed friction, it rapidly and uniformly disperses lubricants and stabilizers into the PVC matrix.
Rapid Cooling & Anti-Caking
The 3000L cooling mixer features a massive water-jacketed cooling surface and large-angle scrapers. It lowers material temperature swiftly to lock in compound properties and prevent thermal degradation or premature agglomeration.
Heavy-Duty Industrial Reliability
The heating lid adopts dual-layer silicone sealing to completely block powder leakage, while the cooling cover features an arch-design to eliminate thermal warping. The electrical control panel is fully equipped with top-tier components (Siemens, Omron, Schneider).
Universally applicable for high-speed mixing, drying, coloring, and compounding of PVC, CPVC, PE, PP powder, and Wood-Plastic Composites (WPC).
