PVC edge band machine adopts double screw extruder to PVC edge band with width from 19mm to 54mm and thickness from 0.4 to 2mm with different moulds. This machine has online primier coating machine. The main advantage of this machine is high output.
Description of double screw edge banding production line:
Double screw pvc edge band production line is used to produce pvc edge band with different width, section shape and thickness, the surface of pvc edge band can be treated by three color printing&coated with glossy oil, or by heat transfer printing.
Production flow of double screw edge band production line:
Material batching mixing—extruding—molding— vacuum calibrating and cooling—printing— uv coating—IR dryer— rolling/cutting— final pvc edge banding
