The pvc panel making machine comprises a raw material hopper, twin-screw extruder, profile-shaping die, air-cooling rack, and servo-driven cutter—all engineered for seamless workflow.

In operation, it first feeds PVC pellets and additives (like stabilizers) into the extruder via the hopper. The extruder melts the mixture at controlled temperatures, pushing it through the die to form panel profiles. After cooling on the rack to solidify, the cutter trims panels to specified lengths.

This pvc panel making machine ensures uniform thickness and smooth surfaces, efficiently producing durable PVC panels for interior walls and ceilings.
