The PVC laminate sheet production line includes a resin compounder, multi-roll calender, adhesive coater, film laminator, and rotary cutter.
In process, the PVC laminate sheet production line first mixes PVC with stabilizers. The calender forms base sheets, then the coater applies adhesive before laminating decorative films. Heat fuses layers, and the line trims sheets to standard sizes.
This PVC laminate sheet production line ensures smooth, scratch-resistant outputs, streamlining manufacturing for furniture and wall panel applications with consistent quality.

1. how will you make sure the quality?
from machine design, material selection, manufacturing, we apply strict quality standards. and before machine leaves factory, we will fully test machines. in our mind, quality is first, customer is first. no best, only better!
2. what's the payment terms?
30% deposit paid by T/T, 70% balance paid BY T/T or L/C before delivery.
or 100 L/C at sight. other kind payment can be negotiable.
3.can you do shipping to our seaport?
yes, we can do CIF which include shipping to customer's port. you only need do custom clearance at your side.
4.what's the warranty period?
one year. provide service for whole lifespan of machine.
5. what is the after sales service?
upon customer's requirement, we can send our technicians to customer factory for installation,comissioning,training and so on. customer only need afford the cost of round way ticket, food and lodging for our technicians.
6. what should i do if the machine occur problems?
according to the problems happened, we will adopts related measures. if it's small part broken and customer can replace by them self, we will send the parts by fast courier or by air cargo. In case it's serious problems(of course this never happen so far), we will send our technicians to customer's factory for repair.
5. who should afford the cost of new parts or the cost of engineer's travel etc?
within one year guarantee period, and the fault caused by non-contrived reasons, we will afford all cost. if the fault cased by contrived factor, customer just need afford the cost of part or engineer's travelling cost if engineer is necessary.
after one year guarantee period expired, customer should afford the cost.
6. where is your company located?
our headquarter located in Zhanjiagang city, and we have branch in WUXI also. the distance from us to shanghai about 120km
7. what's the name of your nearest airport?
the nearest international airport port is shanghai pudong international airport(PVG). the nearest domestic airport is wuxi airport or shanghai hongqiao airport. we will pick up you from airport by car.
8. is there any train to your place?
yes, there is fast train from shanghai hongqiao hub to our place which just takes about 28mintues. we will pick up you from train station by car.
