After jumping the scrap into the boiler,by the shearing function of the high speed revolved rotate blade and fixed blade,can quickly make the scrap and film into pieces.The sheared piece material flow along the boiler inner wall by the centrifugal force of the rotate blades,in the same time the scrap material up and down turnover by the function of the blow loaf,then flow from around to center.Due to the high speed,the scrap material friction and the blade friction will bring a lot of friction heat,then can make the material temperature rise up to the semi-plastic condition,the material will cemented bit.Add amount of water sprinkle into the boiler before the material joint block,when the hot material meet the cool water,will boiloff at once and can take away the heat of the material surface,make the material surface cooling and anti-joint block,then the material will cut into granule(size anomalistic granule).As requested,also can mix the color,add some dye when cutting.
This material which produce by this type machine,can be used directly in the extruder,and injection machine.For some exact material product,need to extruding,pelleting and then can be used.
