The foam board with width 1220mm to 1830mm, thickness 3mm to 35mm, surface hardness 55-80HRC, which are mostly used for advertising, cabinet, furniture, consution template and so on.

Work flow:
Mixer→SJSZ series extruder→Coat-hanger type mould→Calibration cooling platform→cooling rollers and edge-cutting device→Haul off→stacker
Recommeded board specifcation:
W*L*T:1220mm*2440*(3mm,5mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm,14mm,16mm,18mm,20mm,25mm,up to 35mm)
Usage:
Could be used as decoration board,kitchen board,construction board.
